Steady breakfasting #2 --- class: middle, center
I had to relocate rooms for the last two nights. That, and my stuff's been laundered so I do some reorganizing this morning --- class: middle, center
New room = new roommate in Tina, who plays the clarinet so we put together a little jam session in the hostel courtyard --- class: middle, center
I then wandered around near the waterfront and found a boardgame place --- class: middle, center
And a shoe place --- class: middle, center
Then had an orange and yellow lunch --- class: middle, center
And I met Cedar who lives around the corner so we could set up a little arts corner --- class: middle, center
Result (Bram, Tim, Laika, Monika & Lucas at Yuri Gagarin) --- class: middle, center
Cedar also recommended Leylak for good local food --- class: middle, center
But for baklava I still go to my usual place (but inside because it's a bit colder today) --- class: middle, center
Then finished The Whale at the End of the World in bed. This is a very strange book to read after covid because you tend to compare. And I thought the characters were pretty samesy/shallow but then again it was just a fun read (3/5)
