Ingredients

  • 1 (about 160g) canned tuna in oil
  • 4 (or 6 when smaller) whole grain wraps
  • 300g (after cutting) white or pointed cabbage
  • 2 sour apple
  • 1 red onion
  • 15g parsley
  • 100g old dutch cheese
  • 4tbsp mayonnaise
  • half a tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut the onion very finely. Cut the apple in half centimer cubes.
  2. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl. Mix with the onion, half the mayonnaise, half the apple and some pepper.
  3. Fold the tuna mixture and a littl bit of cheese into every wrap.
  4. Fry the wraps in a grilling pan for 5 minutes on each side, flipping once midway through.
  5. Make the salad in the meantime, mixing the cabbage, rest of the apple, mayonnaise, parsley and vinegar.
  6. Serve the salad next to the wraps and enjoy.
